Slowing of metabolism
One of the first things that may come to mind when considering the aging process is the slowing of metabolism. When we think about the declining rate of metabolism, most will only consider the metabolic rate of the digestive system. But what about the cell metabolism of our skin?

The largest organ found within the body is the skin. Its main function is to protect the body from the external environment and regulate body temperature. It is a reflection of your current health, age, and oftentimes your lifestyle.
