Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction. Please connect with us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty ritual.

REFUND POLICY: 14 days for unopened products from date of purchase with receipt. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on opened product or sale items.

ONLINE SALES- Refunds/exchanges are subject to approval. Product must be shipped back to the vendor. Shipping fees not covered by vendor. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on opened product or sale items.

Refunds due to user error are subject to administrative fee.


Orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days.  Purchaser will be notified of shipment with tracking number via contact email provided. Shipment orders may take 3-10 business days. Expect delays during holidays. 

 Flat rate of $15.90.
  • FREE DELIVERY- EDMONTON, ALBERTA ON ORDERS OVER $100 (excluding taxes). Orders within Edmonton city limits are not subject to any shipping fees. Arrangements for drop off service will be made via contact information provided.
  • FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $125 (excluding taxes).  Free shipping within Canada on orders $125 and over.

Refunds due to improper shipping selection are subject to administrative fee. 

Dérmica MedEsthetics is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes required. 

The purchaser is responsible for tracking their package once it is tendered to the carrier (Canada Post). 

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear, however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Dérmica MedEsthetics within two (2) days of arrival.  Product must remain in original packaging and shipping condition.
