Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction. Please connect with us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty ritual.

REFUND POLICY: 14 days for unopened products from date of purchase with receipt. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on opened product or sale items.

Shipping

We do our best to ship our orders from Edmonton, Alberta within 1-3 business days. However, some orders might take longer to fulfill. We will notify you within 3 days after placing your order if we are expecting any delays with your shipment. Allow an additional 3-6 business for priority freight to reach your home within the Canada, and 6-10 days for international shipments (any additional customs delays are unfortunately out of our control).

Shipping to Canada:
We offer Priority shipping for a flat rate of $10.00.
International Shipping:
We offer shipping on all orders for a flat rate of $20.00.

Dérmica MedEsthetics is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes your country may require. Please review your local policies regarding receiving shipments from Canada prior to ordering.

The purchaser is responsible for tracking their package once it is tendered to the carrier (Canada Post). Please note that packages may be delayed due to the destination country’s customs clearance procedures.

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear, however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify Dérmica MedEsthetics within seven days. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items.
No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
