Tweezing between eyebrow waxes is perfectly fine. However, we recommend only tweezing the hair that grows slightly below the brow line. If the hair is too close to the brow line, leave it to the professionals! Precision is hard to achieve with tweezers. By leaving the hairs close to the brow line, over time your technician may be able to give you a thicker eyebrow, even if you can’t visualize it now.

Where can I park when I go for my spa day on Whyte Ave?
You can park anywhere! While we do not offer a private lot for our clients, we validate parking for any services one hour or longer to a maximum of 3 hours.
Your parking fee will be deducted from your service. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement.

There is meter parking available directly on Whyte avenue. In addition, there is a private lot located in the alley behind Dérmica, more specifically, directly behind the WINNERS.
Available free parking on Whyte Ave
If you don’t mind a short walk, there are a few places to park on Whyte avenue when you come for your spa appointment. There is free parking in the residential area, however, we recommend you access this zone from 106 street as it is a one-way. In other words, access this area by driving westbound past Dérmica.

Contest Rules
The contest runs from March 6, 2025 until November 29, 2025. One $100 Dérmica gift card will be raffled once per month on the first Saturday of every month. Winners will be announced on raffle day on social media. This includes Facebook, X, Instagram, or Tik Tok.
The contest runs from the first to the last day of the month. You can enter multiple times throughout this period.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
30 days to claim prize
Winners will have 30 days after social media announcement to claim their prize. Failure to claim prize will result in forfeiting of the prize.
Terms of prize
The winner will receive gift card in the form of a spa gift voucher valued at $100. The spa gift voucher is valid on treatments and services only. Limited to one (1) voucher per visit. There is no cash value to the voucher.
