Does Vaseline help your eyelashes grow?
Vaseline does not have any active ingredients in it; It is strictly a barrier. It does not have any vitamins, minerals, or other hydrating properties. Vaseline is an occluse substance, therefore, it is not good for use in the eyelash area.
This is because the follicles in the lash area are are very fine and vaseline can quickly congest those follicles. This can cause styes and other sebaceous irritations. The pores need to be able to excrete. Applying an occluse substance will block the pores’ ability to breathe sort of speak.
How can I make my eyebrows and eyelashes thicker naturally?
There are a few things you can do at home for growing your lashes naturally.
To begin, removing your makeup properly is very important when growing the lashes naturally. Make sure that your lashes are properly cleansed down to the base.
Remember, the more obstruction you have along that area, the harder it will be for that hair to grow to its fullest potential. Avoid using very drying agents around the eyes. For example, some makeup removers can be very drying which is going to make the lashes a lot more brittle.
Try to avoid astringent or alcohol-based makeup remover on the eyes. Use conditioning serums that will feed your lashes with proper ingredients. Castor oil is a common ingredient in brow and eyelash conditioners. It is known to help promote length and volume in the eyebrows and lashes.

Pregnancy
Microblading is nor recommended for pregnant women. The procedure requires us to cut into the skin potentially causing unnecessary stress. High levels of stress could consequently affect the fetus; Its best to wait. However, this comes down to personal preference because there is no research to date that has linked microblading to harming the baby.
Blood clotting abnormalities
People with blood clotting abnormalities because they are going to bleed a lot and the chances of them retaining colour is very slim.
Keloids
A keloid scar is thick and raised.
People prone to keloid scarring should definitely avoid the service unless their service provider is comfortable doing it and a test patch is done.
Senile skin
In old age, the skin and the blood vessels become more fragile. As a result, skin bruises easily from minor trauma. Senile skin does not have much adipose tissue. Without that “cushioning”, the incisions split open. In addition, the skin does not recover as quickly.

3 Microblading Levels
Dérmica offers 3 microblading levels to help you achieve your dream brows.
1. LEVEL I – up to 30% additional coverage.
If all you’re looking for is a little extra volume, a LEVEL I is all you need. LEVEL I clients have an existing shape in their brows, no major correction is needed. In other words, just some strokes here and there. LEVEL I Microblading is often opted for by clients that want to correct minor mistakes such as over plucking of the tail or arch.
2. LEVEL II- up to 60% additional coverage.
If you want to thicken the shape of your brows, you most likely need a LEVEL II.
LEVEL II Microblading requires your technician to create a new shape using your existing brow shape. Multiple corrections are made on a LEVEL II procedure. Often, strokes are added to the bottom AND top of your existing brow line as well as adding strokes to the tails for a finished look from beginning to end.
3. LEVEL III- up to 100% additional coverage.
Clients who require a LEVEL III procedure have very little to no brow shape. Using geometry to take in-depth measurements, the technician creates a brow shape to last you 2-3 years.

Brow Lamination gives you that “fluffy” look for full, thicker brows. It is a simple procedure and is generally done in 1 hour.
Is brow lamination for me?
Well, that depends…What is your desired look?
Brow Lamination is suited for those looking to achieve the appearance of bold/ feathery brows. Think back to that luscious 80’s Brook Shields, Madonna, and Cindy Crawford brow.
We must also ask, do you have enough brow to achieve your desired look?
Unlike microblading, brow lamination works solely with your existing brow hair. In other words, the service will look more voluminous on full brows than on thinner, sparse brows.
While clients with plenty of hair on their brows make the ideal candidate to achieve the “look”, this spa service will increase the width of any brow resulting in thicker brows.
In addition, some hair textures respond better to the perm solution. For example, coarse and stubborn brows may not see maximum results until their second lamination process, spaced adequately apart.
For many people, this may be the solution they need.
How long does brow lamination last?
