These precautions are to keep our guests and staff safe during this time of adjustment. We strive to make you feel comfortable and protected in our environment.

NEW Booking Policies:
If you have traveled abroad within 14 days of your booking, you are asked to fulfil the government requirements before your appointment.
If you are showing any flu-like symptoms you are asked to reschedule until all symptoms and concerns have been addressed in an effort to help prevent the spread of infection.
Should you choose to attend appointments and you belong to a vulnerable population such as diabetics, seniors, and other immunosuppressed individuals, we ask that you follow guidelines and instruction provided by your healthcare provider during this period. These extra precautions are to protect your health.
Your selection of technician may be limited in the event of illness and we therefore ask that you open your selection to other available providers if necessary.
To observe the 2 meter guideline, a maximum 5 minutes late arrival will be accepted. Late arrival must be communicated to staff prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
To observe the 2 meter guideline, walk-in traffic or early entry to spa or service unless confirmed with staff will be postponed for now. Appointments will be staggered in order to avoid overcrowding in common areas such as hallways and payment area.
NO MAKEUP WORN in areas to be treated. Please remove makeup prior to arrival.
IPL Hair removal guests- HAIR MUST BE SHAVED prior to appointment. Shaving at the spa will no longer be permitted. If there is an excess of hair in the area being treated, service may need to be rescheduled.
Long hair MUST BE TRIMMED prior to bikini waxing services.
NEW Appointment Policies:
To observe the 2 meter guideline, you may be asked to wait prior to entering the spa or when leaving in order to avoid crowding.
Outdoor shoes MUST be removed prior to entering the spa.
To prevent the spread of possible infection, we ask that hands be sanitized upon arrival, departure, and prior to using transaction device.
To help prevent transmission of bacteria, guests are asked to keep their phones tucked away prior to entering the treatment area and while in-service. For use during extended services or payment, we will provide a disinfectant wipe to clean your phone prior.
Attending your appointment wearing a protective mask is greatly appreciated. If you do not have one, one will be provided.
To limit the amount of bodies in the spa, we ask that you refrain from bringing extra visitors to your appointment.
To limit the spread of infection, beverages will not be available for now.
Because of the proximity of services offered, conversations during services performed on the face should be kept to a minimum .

Brow lamination enhances your natural brows as it sets your brows in place causing them to look thicker and fuller. After laminating, we finish the look with our signature wax and tint service, the Dérmica sculpt.
The service takes about one hour and last 4-6 weeks.
Is Brow Lamination safe for my brows?
Perm solutions have greatly improved since grandma’s time. However, exposure to some perm solutions can cause reactions to sensitive skin such as itching, redness, etc.

Service criteria:
👉Hair 2 weeks of growth.
Avoid trimming your brows.
👉Skin Suitable for all but hypersensitive skin types.
Gentle cleansing routine the morning of your booking.
👉Products Avoid exfoliants, retinol, AHA, and BHA on the brows.
What can I expect when doing IPL Hair Removal treatments?
How many treatments do I need before I see results from my IPL Hair Removal treatments?
Results are immediate!
Although your hair may require 8 – 12 sessions, you will experience lasting results with each treatment including your first.
In fact, your initial treatment will give you the most noticeable reduction. Clients report an average of 20-60% less hair growth following their initial treatment. Not only do they experience less hair growth, but the texture of the hair also becomes finer and delayed in growth rate.
Now don’t get too comfortable as this effect is not permanent just yet.
Within the first few days following your session, your hair may appear to have stopped growing. Your hair will resume growth by week 2 and at this point you might think your treatment was unsuccessful. Keep in mind that this resumed growth is a combination of active hair bulbs and inactive hair now shedding from its follicle post-treatment. Once the shedding process has ended, we are able to measure the effects of the treatment.
Your next treatment will be scheduled within 4 weeks after your first session.
Each treatment following your initial session will increase the amount of reduction by approximately 10% to maximum of 80-98% overall reduction.
Depending on the number of sessions to date, your recorded progress, and expected sun exposure, we may reduce the frequency of your treatments. You will start off with a 4 week pause between treatments, later increasing to 5 weeks, then 6 weeks until you reach your treatment goal.
Your feedback is key when tracking progress AND making progress.
At every visit your technician will be asking a series of questions in order to measure the number of sessions required to achieve your desired results. Additionally, your feedback can also used to make accurate adjustments to the intensity level of your treatment.
After each visit please ensure to track the following to share with your technician at your next visit:
How much of a reduction have you experienced?
Has the texture/ thickness of the hair changed?
Has the colour of the treated hair changed? Is the hair light, medium, or dark tone?
How long did it take for your hair to grow back after your last session?
How frequently are you shaving the area?
If there was a reaction, how long did it last, and what type of reaction was it?
Be patient and realistic with your results
Although we would love to promise maximum results after 1 session, technology is not quite there yet! For now, expect to have up to 12 sessions over the span of 1-2 years. In the meantime, you can enjoy NOT having to deal with ingrown hairs, itchy razor bumps, embarrassing 5 o’clock shadows, daily shaving routine, or painful waxing!

LASH LIFT Q & A
Q: What is a LASH LIFT? A: Lash lifts are a gentle form of lash perming that curls the natural lashes along the lash line. It gives the appearance of longer more feminine lashes.
Q: How does it work? A: The first step is to open the bonds in the hair, giving flexibility within the mid shaft where the curl is found. The second step sets the lashes into position and seals the hair shaft. The third step reintroduces moisture back into the lashes.
Q: How long does it last? A: Lash lifts can last up to 12 weeks. This depends on after-care products used and thickness of lashes. Gentle products are recommended on eye area and minimal rubbing. Thick lashes are more resistant and will fall faster than thin lashes.
Q: Will the lash lift damage my lashes? A: It is recommend that clients wait 12 weeks between lash lifts. This allows you hair to recover and regenerate new growth. EyEnvy will condition and hydrate hair follicles for stronger-than-ever lashes.
Q: How do I care for my lashes following the treatment? A: You must avoid water, makeup, and pressure on the lashes for 48hrs. Afterwards you can return to your regular routine and products. It is recommended to sleep on your back in order to avoid bending the lashes overnight. Using a lash comb to lift and operate the lashes will help set.
Q: Are there any allergies I must be aware of? A: It is rare for reactions to occur as the products are kept strictly on the lashes.

If you have ever reacted to artificial lash glue used for strip lashes, you are at risk of having a reaction.
Typical allergic reaction will cause the eyes to swell for up to 72 hours.

How do Chemical Peels work?
Chemical peels work by separating the upper layers of the skin causing an accelerated cell turnover rate.
